Kiki Bartlett
Owner, Prevail Surrogacy Consulting
Mom. Wife. Fierce Advocate. Labor & Birth Doula. Proven Surrogate. Veteran. Military Brat. Military Wife.
Kiki Bartlett is the Owner of Prevail Surrogacy Consulting, a mom, a wife, and a fierce advocate for families navigating the surrogacy journey. Her passion for this work is deeply personal, shaped by her own lived experiences, her commitment to ethical care, and her belief that every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and respected.
As a labor and birth doula and a proven surrogate, Kiki brings both professional knowledge and firsthand understanding to every journey she supports. She knows what it means to walk this path — emotionally, physically, and relationally — and she uses that insight to guide intended parents and surrogates with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
Kiki’s background as a veteran, military brat, and military wife has instilled in her a strong sense of resilience, service, and advocacy. These values influence how she leads Prevail and how she shows up for the families she serves — with integrity, accountability, and unwavering support.
At the heart of everything Kiki does is a deep love for family and connection. Through Prevail Surrogacy Consulting, she is honored to help build families, advocate fiercely for ethical practices, and create a compassionate community where every journey is treated with the care it deserves.
